Your canopy will arrive flat-packed in a secure, protective box for safe transport and easier handling.
Estimated shipping time: 5–14 business days.
Shipping times may vary depending on current demand and your location. In some cases, delivery may exceed this window — particularly during peak periods or to remote areas.
Warranty
All canopies come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and non-human-related breakage or damage.
This includes:
Structural defects
Hardware faults (hinges, bolts, brackets, etc.)
Issues with materials under normal use
Exclusions: Damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, modification, accidents, or general wear and tear is not covered.
